Ann-Margaret Perkins Receives President's Call to Service Award for Lifetime of Volunteer Service
In 2012, Ann-Margaret Perkins was recognized for her lifetime of volunteer service with The President’s Call to Service Award. The President’s Call to Service Award was first created by President George W. Bush in 2003 to recognize the important contributions of volunteers. To receive the award, volunteers must complete over 4,000 hours of volunteer service in a lifetime.
During her years of service to the community, Ann-Margaret has volunteered with numerous organizations. In recent years her focus has been serving those with brain related disorders through her work with the Pilot Club of Carrollton and raising guide dog puppies for Southeastern Guide Dogs. Ann-Margaret and the other attorneys at Perkins Law Firm also assist the West Georgia Trial Lawyers Association with its annual bicycle helmet giveaway at the Mayfest celebration in Carrollton, Georgia.
